The MyAbsolute team are delighted and immensely proud to achieve ‘silver’ tier recognition as an Armed Forces Covenant employer.

The covenant supports those who have served in our armed forces and recognises employers who demonstrate a real commitment to going above and beyond to recruit, train, support and assist those who have served in adjusting to everyday life and successfully integrating back into community.

“Many of the MyAbsolute team have seen military service and this recognition just makes everything worthwhile, from the extra provisions we’ve put in place to support our team’s mental health and wellbeing to the dedication and stamina it can sometimes take to support a team member through crisis whilst trying to maintain service levels, quality and morale”

This isn’t a checkbox for MyAbsolute, but a small part of a bigger fundamental commitment to build the regions best company to work with, whether as a client or a member of the team, our mission centres around continually investing in our team, as individuals, as friends, colleagues and as a collective.
